Embrace Hope Collaboratorium, Inc. is a dedicated non-profit organization that aims to prevent homelessness and support individuals and families in crisis. As stewards of the 28-bed C. Carter Crane Transitional Homeless Shelter, we provide essential services and connections that empower residents to rebuild their lives with dignity and hope.
Our Focus: Prevention and Empowerment At the core of Embrace Hope is our commitment to prevention. We strive to address the root causes of homelessness by offering comprehensive support and resources, including:
• Housing: Assistance in finding stable, low-income housing solutions.
• Education: Guidance in accessing educational opportunities to foster growth and independence.
• Employment: Job training and placement assistance to secure sustainable income.
• Medical Care: Connecting individuals to healthcare providers for physical and mental well-being.

Additionally, Embrace Hope offers space for two church services—Centurion Chapel and LOGOS Christian Ministry—to serve the spiritual needs of our community.
C. Carter Crane Transitional Homeless Shelter Located in Lawton, Oklahoma, the C. Carter Crane Shelter is a locally funded, high-barrier transitional facility. Our 28-bed shelter serves individuals and families who meet strict criteria, including being drug- and alcohol-free and having no history of violent felonies.
During a six-week stay, residents receive:
• Access to clothing and furniture through community donations.
• Referrals to medical care and mental health counseling.
• Support in securing stable, low-income housing.
• Encouragement and tools for self-sufficiency and long-term success.
